BL Silver Coat RT is a silver chrome paint treatment system based on a completely new process that makes it possible to mirror the surface of the base material with nano-sized silver particles in a short period of time. Using the most advanced nanotechnology we have independently developed, we have succeeded in condensing silver nanoparticles at low temperatures. Compared with conventional silver films made by silver mirror reaction, this new system forms a special silver film with excellent metallic design and high luminosity, and is as stable as a normal urethane paint film.

Forced Drying

[Can be applied with ordinary painting equipment.]
◯ Spray coating with an ordinary spray gun.
No special equipment such as a 2-head gun, which is required for silver mirror coating, is necessary.
[Coating procedure is a mere 3 steps. 1.]
1. application of special primer (white) 2.
2. application of silver primer
3. application of special top clear
[Low temperature baking process : 80℃ / 30min. drying time]
Forced drying at 80°C for 30 minutes is required when applying silver primer.
◯ It is also possible to perform the entire process of primer/silver/top clear at room temperature.

[Forced Drying Conditions: Primer and Top Clear ]
After setting at room temperature for about 10 minutes, dry at 60-80℃ (material temperature) for about 40-60 minutes.
In case of drying at room temperature : 5 days in summer / 7 days in winter.
[Forced-drying conditions : Silver base resin]
After setting at room temperature for about 1 minute after installation, forced dry at 80℃ (temperature of the material) or higher for about 30 to 40 minutes.
In case of drying at room temperature: 5 days in summer / 7 days in winter.
