Refund and Return Policy
Our refund/return policy is 7 days. If more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will not be able to accept a full refund or exchange. To be accepted for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. They must also be in their original packaging. Several types of merchandise cannot be accepted for return. Perishable items such as food / flowers cannot be returned. Also, we cannot accept items such as parcels, hygiene products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, etc.

Refund Policy
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned merchandise. You will also be notified of the approval or disapproval of your refund. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. If you prefer, we can also issue the refund by wire transfer to a bank account of your choice.
