KINGDAM ヘッドライト

弊社完全オリジナル・デザインによりますKINGDAMヘッドライト。10年ほど前より、0ベースからの完全板金製作により弊社が創り出したカスタム車両数台に取り付けをさせて頂いておりました。その後、弊社WEBサイトやSNSを通じ、多くのお客様よりこのKINGDAMヘッドライトに関しましてお引き合いを賜っていたのですが、如何せん、このヘッドライトを板金製作するには本当に途方も無い時間が必要となり、残念ながらそのご希望にお応えをさせて頂く事が出来ないでおりました。特にボディーケースが有する微妙なラインは複雑過る曲線の集合体であり、また確実にプロジェクターランプをヘッドライトケース内部に固定する方法等々を考えると、とても量産などは出来る代物では無いと、ずっとそう思っておりました。が、、、

しかし2022年の初頭。この難題に果敢にチャレンジをして下さるFRPクリエイターの方が名乗りを上げて下さいました。どうか以下に配置させて頂きました写真をとくとご覧下さい。FRP製品でありながら、個々の部位のエッジが、際に至る各部の微妙な曲線のラインが、そして肝心のヘッドライト正面最下部の左右の頂点が、まるでアルミビレット製の削り出しパーツかの様な表情と佇まいである事に、どうかまず驚いて下さい。ここ迄のクオリティーは特に海外製のFRP製品では絶対にあり得ない事です。日本人の職人が長年に渡る努力を重ね遂に熟練の技と技術を会得すると、例え一般的には微細な加工が不得手なFRPの部材であっても、ここまで正確且つ繊細な表現を実とする事が出来る。。。故、命名を [ KINDDAM ヘッドライト ] とさせて頂きました。Make it in JAPAN / 日本で創るんだ… BAD LANDのオリジナル•プロダクトと致しましてリリースをさせて頂くにあたり、非常に誇らしく思うまさに逸品中の逸品であります。

KINGDAM HEADLIGHT

KINGDAM headlights, a completely original design by BAD LAND, have been installed on several custom vehicles that we have created by complete sheet metal fabrication from zero base about 10 years ago. Since then, we have received inquiries about KINGDAM headlights from many customers through our website and SNS, but unfortunately, we have not been able to respond to their requests because it takes a tremendous amount of time to fabricate these headlights from sheet metal. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet their request. The delicate lines of the body case in particular are a collection of overly complicated curves, and considering how to securely fix the projector lamps inside the headlight case, we had always thought that it would not be possible to mass-produce these headlights. But……..

However, at the beginning of 2022. However, at the beginning of 2022, an FRP creator who boldly took up the challenge came forward to take on this difficult task. Please take a look at the photos below and be amazed at how the edges of the individual parts, the subtle curved lines of each part, and the bottom left and right apexes of the front headlights look and feel as if they were machined aluminum billet parts, even though they are FRP products. Please be surprised at first.

When Japanese craftsmen finally master their skills and techniques after many years of effort, they are able to achieve such precise and delicate expressions even with FRP components, which are generally not suitable for fine machining. Therefore, we named it [ KINDDAM Headlight ]. Make in in JAPAN….. We are very proud to release this product as BAD LAND’s original product, and it is a gem among gems.
