Based on detailed design and strength analysis using state-of-the-art 3D CAD, the product was manufactured by a Japanese domestic precision machining company that produces precision parts for the aviation and automobile industries. Although the garter forks have many moving parts due to their structure, we succeeded in eliminating all negative factors by repeated high-precision design and modeling of each component part. The combination with OHLINS shock absorbers has resulted in a front suspension with flexible and supple movement. The benefit of the all-billet aluminum construction is a total weight of only 15.5 kg.
